2000 - 2008
Network & Systems Engineer Oi Brazil — Rio de Janeiro Managed network infrastructure for one of Brazil's largest mobile operators, supporting 80 million subscribers. Led a full migration of 80M client records from a legacy database to a modern platform — with zero data loss. Skills: Network Infra | Systems Engineering | Data Migration
2008 - 2020
ICT Program & Technical Manager Nokia — Europe & Latin America Led engineering teams spanning Radio Access, Core, IP, Microwave and Management Systems. Managed financial and non-financial KPIs across global programs. Designed and built internal digital solutions — including a real-time Planned Maintenance Management app using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI — to digitise operational workflows and deliver cross-team visibility.
2022 - present
Present Power Platform Developer & Application Analyst Uniting Church — Adelaide, SA Leading end-to-end digital transformation across HR, property management and operations. Migrated legacy CRM, SharePoint lists and spreadsheets into a Dataverse-based Power Platform architecture. Deployed Power Apps, Power Pages portals, and Power BI dashboards serving the whole organisation. Prototyped AI-driven translation solutions using Azure AI Services and LLM/RAG technologies — including a PoC for Aboriginal language translation with AI-generated video content.
